    MAC AWESOME PARTY REQUEST

  • Thank you for choosing the Michigan Athletic Club for your child's AWESOME party! Please provide the following information to help us make your celebration a success.

    Parties are help on Saturdays and Sundays at 

    • 12:00 - 2:30 p.m. or 
    • 3:30 - 6:00 p.m.

  • Important Information

    • MAC parties are available to MAC Members only. Interested in joining? Let us
      know!
    • A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to book your party (applied toward
      total cost). The deposit will be charged to your MAC account.
    • Final payment can be made on your MAC account or by credit card on the day of your event.
    • Each party includes 3 hours:
      • 30 minutes for private party room setup
      • 2.5 hours of activities (gym games, sports, swimming, and party room
        time)
    • A MAC Party Supervisor will assist with gym activities, set-up, guest check-in, and clean-up.
    • Basic and Mega Party Packages include up to 30 guests. Larger parties can be arranged through our banquet facilities - please ask for details. 
    • 3-hour package
    • Bring your own food/drinks or order from the Courtside Grill
    • Please bring table covers and place settings (tables are 8 ft. long rectangles)
    • 3-hour package, up to 30 guests
    • 4 large Pizza House pizzas (10 slices each)
    • Plates, napkins, utensils, and table cover in your choice of colors
